This private deluxe villa features a comfortable queen bed bed at the master bedroom, air conditioning, large windows and direct access to a private balcony with garden views . Private villa includes private ensuite bathroom in the room with full sized shower. FREE WiFi in all rooms. Possibility of 4 guests occupancy - Price per selected occupancy - single or couple bed in the living room. Mattresses and pillows are one of our main concerns - comfort and quality are essential. On the property there is an outdoor swimming pool and parking.

There is no daily housekeeping. If necessary you may acquire at reception an extra housekeeping service subject to an extra rate;

CITY TAX
You will be charged at the time of check in the Tourist Tax Municipal to all adults and children over 12 years, the tourist fee is charged per guest per night up to a maximum of 7 nights.

€ 2,02 per person per night - between 1 May and 31 October
PETS - On Request
Pets are welcome - dogs and cats.
It ́s only allowed 1 pet per villa.
Guide dogs don’t have additional cost.
We ask you to email us with the request.
An additional fee for pets is charged with a extra cost of 15€ per night.
It is not allowed pets in public areas and its mandatory the use of leash inside of the property. Any damage caused by pets will be charged at the end of the stay.
