General Policies

Minimum age for check in is 18 years.

At check in, we ask for a identication document or passport.

The reception has opening hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM - all check ins after this time have an additional cost of € 15 per house / room.

CANCELLATION POLICY

RATES NON-REFUNDABLE

The Rates Non-Reimbursable are themselves very affordable, and can not be changed, modified or canceled.

In case of alteration, modification or cancellation of booking the reservation will be charged 100%. Payment of the stay is immediately after the booking confirmation.

DEPOSIT RESERVATION AND GUARANTEE

In order to secure all bookings, please note that 60 days before arrival will be charged on your credit card 50% of the total stay. If the reservation is canceled after this period, the same amount will be kept as cancellation fee.

CANCELLATIONS & LACK OF APPEARANCE

Please be advised that in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, or in case of no-show, will be charged the full amount.

PETS

Pets are welcome - dogs and cats. We ask you to email let us know if accompanied by a pet. an additional fee for pets is charged. It is not allowed to flow pets in public areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged at the end of the stay.

SMOKERS

Smoking is not allowed inside the villas and apartments. Guests are welcome to smoke in the garden - outdoor spaces.
